After allowing myself to be mindlessly touted into playing Pittsburgh on ML, I am now worried since:
A) Card wide outs are much better than Ravens' and the Steelers won't be able to jam them at the line as happened to Ravens
B) Warner is much better than Flacco
C) Card backs will be more of threat for big draws and screens than unimaginative and very predictable Ravens offensive attack
D) Steeler receivers have been made to look better than they are by Ben getting a lot of time and also by his completing some blessed passes
E) Ravens lack of O threat allowed Steelers to play in comfort zone all game. What if they get behind?
F) I worry more as I have aged.

I can foresee that I will be on the Cards at +7.5 next week.

I envisioned Arizona + 7.5 later this week but looks like that may be wishful thinking as Cards +7 is now over -110. I was wondering what The Chaperone or Custer or any Vegas local thought about this line trend?

I still suspect 7.5s will show up at rogue Vegas shops. I could be wrong. Of course it all depends on the movement of the entire market. If it goes to 6.5 flat offshore, we might not find any 7.5s. As it is now, it looks like about 6.7 offshore. Generally I think the square PIT money will move the market a tad offshore and a lot in town.

I relented and took +7 -110 today. I just couldn't risk missing that price, and I think there's a good chance it will be tough to get better than that for decent size.

No but I haven't tried at all. My guess is that there are no 7.5s at the moment. There may have been a few days ago. And like I say, there probably will be a couple at some point. It's a matter of right place, right time.
