I just found out I'll be going to V Williams/Navarro and Murray/Granollers tonight as well as Federer/Safin tomorrow. I'd be nice to have a root for it except I don't know squat about tennis.
Suggestions?

not much to root for in the first match (both -7 and UN 17' have already been hit hard ;). maybe 2-0 -520 or better is worth a shot if you must.
I'll fade Safin till death (his or mine), hopefully he got in another fight last night... A funny thing is than an old office cutie once said I looked just like Marat... er... well.. maybe I shouldn;t tell that story here...

I'd tell you something to play, but since if there were any good numbers left I'd probably bet it :)
Actually if you really want a sweat I can probably find something alright, your best bet is going to just be shopping for a specific score 2-0, 2-1, 1-2, 0-2 (I'm talking about women's here, obviously)
While each site's market charges some vig on it they vary wildly so you can usually find good prices. Problem is good luck even getting more than a few hundred :(

I'm pretty sure the Navarro win was the biggest sporting upset I have ever seen live ... (I saw -3500/+2500 at one point at Pinn, not sure where it closed)

I took Safin +800 for tonight, also Over 33.5 games -117.

Terrific match. Navarro at least outwardly was unflappable, whereas many of the top 10 femme players would've been cracking after some of those games.
Also impressive a 5'4" player taking it to a 6'1" champion.

I am watching Roddick/Djokovic on TV. For anyone interested, Pinnacle has bee offering IMO crazy prices on Djokovic ever since his injury timeout. I took +1050, +1047, +1044 at the end of the 3rd set. (LOL at the 3-cent move)
Prices have also been consistently better than Betfair median.

Are the live betting rules different than normal tennis betting when a player quits?

From the rules:
Live Betting:
1st Ball must be served for wagers to stand.

Ouch...
On a side (tennis) note, Dokic/Safina had a great match last night... And I'm not just saying that because I swept every bet I made :)

Well that sucks, looks liked I missed easy money. What kind of limits was pinnacle taking for live betting during the roddick match so I can kick myself? I figured if Joko retired all bets were off. During each break after the first set I was checking pinny's odds and wondering how in the world more people were not betting Roddick. I think he was up 1 maybe 2 breaks in the 3rd set with Joko clearly dead already and he was plus money. It wasn't til after commercial 10-15 minutes later when Joko was getting treatment did the odds skyrocket to -1000.
