What are you targeting the Colts ML price to be before you jump in? I myself would be pleased with -180/-185 but not sure it gets there.

I already took some of that. Should be easy if the point spread stays 5.5/6. If it climbs, we should try for a -200/+7 combo.

Let me know where I'll be able to get -200 if the line is 7 and I'm on board!

Not saying -200 when market line is 7. I'm talking about market lines of -230/+6.5 and shopping around at square shops (Vegas) for -200 and +7.

Yeah, I don't utilize the Vegas outs enough (or at all, really).

I'm still pretty baffled by this line compared to the line AFCvNFC- wasn't it a given that MIN/NO were pretty close? Was it that much a surprise the game was close? Should NO really be downgraded because of it? Should IND really be bumped up for beating a team handily that they were *supposed* to beat handily? (And they struggled for a while, even)

I love Peyton, and certainly thought IND was the best, but this line still seems whack to me, I just hope I see at least 6.5 at my point buy shop.

Chappy still taking stock of laying it with the Patriots.

Doesn't look like the Super Bowl Fave/ML thingy is working very much this year. With the line at 5.5 flat I get that equivalent to a ML of -220 for an average game. With the super high total here I make the ML in the -195-200 range.

I think most people think the divergence starts now. If pointspread increases, the ML won't increase

Yeah it should be a late move and primarily a Vegas move, not an offshore move. I think last year wasn't as good as years prior and wouldn't be surprised if the same thing happens this year, but way too early to judge. Would not surprise me if things have sharpened up since Fezzik et al. have been talking about to anyone who will listen for years now.

good news is those late drifty ml's showed up in the nfc championship game last weekend. i personally played some cautionary indy m/l at 80 and 85 early to average in. didnt bite anything really early and missed those lower limit m/l's early. stared at 3.5 -13 and scratched my noggin... two things i think are fairly certain concerning the good local m/l's...

1. they will show up close to post

2. i will beat you turkeys to them

when after something good...

red light means "look both ways then go"
i have the right of way over pedestrians
...and the red zone translates to executive parking.

once inside, its obligatory to let out some huffing and puffing and maybe a "GMAFB" to the guy who is always just in front of me betting a grocery list $5 parlay.

i want at least 50% of the pedestrians. i concur with red lights and red zone parking. i have no problem cutting to the head of the line n slipping the guy behind a fin to stay quiet. added edge for going triple the speed limit. bonus points to whomever gets into a chase with metro and manages to give them the slip.

Thank god you guys moved this thread. After 17 posts and 7 days, its time had certainly worn out in the room that actually gets traffic.

I have absolutely no interest in posting to "the office" (unless I did so accidentally) because I have a very strong objection to one of Baker's former employees moderating this board. If threads are getting moved from other subfora to this board, I'm out of here.

Edited that I might be out of here anyway after RTP management apparently wants to protect LVA's right to post Bodog $100 props exclusively. And edited further to add that apparently I'm a bit square because most people are limited to $50 on Bodog props.
